Sicilian Pizza in Fernandina Beach

One large 16x16 Sicilian feeds 5-8 people.

Our Sicilian is a thick, square pizza baked in a pan: crispy on the bottom, airy on the inside. It is not your regular greasy deep dish.

Any pizza as a 16x16 square

Every pizza on our menu can be ordered as a 16x16 square Sicilian (feeds 5-8 people) instead of a 12 inch or 16 inch round. That includes the cheese pie, the white pie, the Margherita, the meatball pizza with our homemade meatballs, the meat pizza (pepperoni, fresh Italian sausage, bacon, ham), the veggie pizza and the Maui shrimp pizza with local shrimp, chorizo, pineapple salsa and teriyaki aioli. Toppings can cover the whole square or just one half, so a group can split it.

The dough is homemade and long fermented. The pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, ricotta and meatballs are all made in our kitchen.

Feeding a group

A square cuts into plenty of pieces for a table. Add garlic knots, cheesy bread or a family stromboli (it serves four), and a large salad.
